Job Description
A large healthcare client in Texas is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Consultant to support the continued rollout and adoption of Copilot across the organization. This organization has taken a thoughtful, controlled approach to AI adoption and currently supports ~800 active Copilot users across a 30,000-person workforce. As adoption accelerates, internal demand for training, support, and advanced use-case guidance is outpacing available IT capacity. This role will serve as the front-line resource for Copilot enablement, helping end users maximize value, navigate use cases, and drive responsible adoption across the enterprise.
