Job Description

The Level 3 Analyst will serve as the primary lead for ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our Prelude module and Registration systems, with a strong emphasis on Work Queue specialization. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, system reliability, and continuous improvement across our registration workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance and optimization efforts for Prelude, Registration, and Work Queue processes, ensuring system stability and performance.
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Work Queues, including logic, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
Manage a steady pipeline of incoming projects, acting as the primary owner from requirements through implementation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, RTE partners, and external vendors to resolve issues, implement updates, and support system improvements.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve throughput.
Build, configure, and maintain system components as a “heavy builder,” ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with operational needs.
Provide advanced-level support for escalated issues, guiding junior analysts and cross-functional partners as needed.
Document system changes, logic, and workflows to support transparency and long-term maintainability.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements across all system updates and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Prelude, Registration workflows, and Work Queue logic.
Proven experience in system maintenance, optimization, and configuration within healthcare or similar operational environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under time-sensitive conditions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex logic and translate it into actionable system configurations.
High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Experience functioning at a Level 3 analyst capacity or equivalent senior technical/operational role.
Must be located within the United States.
