Job Description

The Contract Administrator II supports the ITS team by managing the full lifecycle of technology-related vendor contracts and service agreements. This role is heavily focused on contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate execution while minimizing risk.

This position requires strong vendor-facing communication skills, with the ability to independently lead negotiations, review and redline contract terms, and determine when to escalate complex issues to legal. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging directly with vendors to align on business terms and drive agreements to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal, Business, or related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
4 years relevant work experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating information technology contracts and service agreements., including active contract editing.
General PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office product suite is required. Knowledge of Adobe Pro.
Experience with contracts databases and contracts life cycle management
IT background preferred
Paralegal background preferred
