This candidate will join the team as a Principal and lead 6-7 engineers. They will help with all designing, solutioning, and implementation around Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS. They will need to solution for AI/ML ops, understand how to implement AI/ML, and understand the ecosystem in AWS. This role will be 50% mentorship, 50% hands on designing and architecture. As a Principal DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our software development lifecycle by integrating security practices seamlessly into our processes. Your technical expertise and leadership will drive the implementation of robust CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) patterns while adhering to industry standards and policies. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our applications are secure, reliable, and efficiently deployed.

9+ years of experience in DevSecOps at a Lead / Principal level
At least 50% hands on day-to-day in architecture and design
MUST BE EXPERT IN TECH STACK: AWS, Terraform (we want an SME), Kubernetes, Lamba Functions.
Experience setting up pipelines for Lamba step functions in AWS
Strong Python scripting (used to automate Terraform workflows)
Demonstrated experience designing automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Prior experience with with AI/ML solutioning & implementation
Deep understanding of containerization technologies (ex. Docker, Helm)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree
