We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Figma, design systems, and systems thinking to create and maintain native experiences for iOS and Android platforms. You will strategize on features of design (FoD) and governance, conduct A/B testing, and develop email templates while writing content and UX for email communications. Additionally, you will implement Design Ops, including templates and reusable resources. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong storytelling skills, and effectively manage stakeholders across domains such as FoD and Emails. Self-direction and proactivity are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in the financial services or insurance industry, enterprise environments, and familiarity with native member experiences. Your responsibilities will also encompass enhancing member experiences through messaging, documents, and personalization, improving document accessibility, advancing the document process to be more mobile-friendly, developing business cases and storytelling for design improvements, redesigning email templates, and optimizing the way members receive emails.
