Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and driven General Assembly Group lead to oversee production union workers in assembly. You will oversee a team of 30-40 union employees with 6 team leads, will be responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards, managing timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and driving accountability across the team. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment and is committed to operational excellence. Working Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays per month. 1st shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM OR 2nd shift 4 PM - 12:30 AM - ability to flex between both shifts if needed

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma
1-3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build cohesive teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Comfortable with 1st shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM OR 2nd shift 4 PM - 12:30 AM - ability to flex between both shifts if needed
