Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring a positive customer experience by supporting both internal and external sales teams. This position is responsible for managing current and future accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role involves hands-on sales operations, including order management, CRM data entry, quote generation, and proactive engagement with customers. Leveraging data and analytics, the Inside Sales Representative provides insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making. Collaboration across departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Production is key to delivering seamless support and optimizing processes, while maintaining a high-touch customer operations model to strengthen partnerships and mitigate risks.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in an inside sales role
-Experience with data management systems such as an ERP or CRM (Salesforce preferred)
-MS Office Proficient
