Job Description

The HR Generalist serves as the primary HR point of contact for a fast paced manufacturing facility, supporting both employees and leadership across a wide range of human resources functions. This role is responsible for administering payroll and benefits, maintaining employee records and HRIS data, coordinating recruiting and interview processes, facilitating onboarding and new hire orientation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment practices. The HR Generalist also supports employee relations, tracks key HR metrics and reports, assists with workforce planning, and partners with managers to promote a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of HR generalist experience (including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting/coordinating interviews, policies, onboarding, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
Associates or Bachelors
HRIS Systems experience (ex. Dayforce, Circadian, SAP, Workday, Oracle, UKG, ADP etc.)
Strong people skills and highly motivated, ambitious self-starter
