Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced site manager. This person will be responsible for interfacing with the prime contractor on construction and installation issues and questions, provide updates and interface with the team with questions to ensure the construction meets are design criteria. Ensure safety, schedule and quality are maintained in accordance with the Project Management Plan. Manage approved visitors for tours and meetings as required. Attend project calls as needed (schedule will be developed once contract is let). Essential Responsibilities:
• Interface with Prime contractor and subs
• Ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met
• Monitor schedule and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain presence and positive appearance in interface with end client and other visitors
• Direct any visitors for observation of on-site activities, inform in advance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in a site manager, project manager, Field Advisor, or other similar career.
• Extensive construction experience in steel fabrication, excavation, concrete work and rigging and lifting
