Overview
Insight Global is partnering with a Healthcare Start-Up that is currently looking for a Sr. Technical Program/Project Manager to join their growing organization. Being that this is a start-up environment, this individual will be wearing multiple hats relative to Program/Project/Product Management, Business Analysis (gathering requirements, developing BRDs), facilitating UAT, Delivery Assurance, and Risk Identification within an Agile SDLC environment. This position will be reporting directly into the IT PMO Director and offers room for growth. This is a 6-month contract to hire and can sit fully remote (preferably EST/CST time zone). We can pay $60-75/HR with a conversion around $130-140K

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
5+ years of technical project management with experience managing concurrent projects across functional teams, managing critical path, and coordinating project/product deployments
Strong experience leading Agile SDLC projects and Change Management experience
Healthcare industry experience
Experience gathering requirements directly from stakeholders, developing BRDs, conducting UAT, etc.
Comfortable working within an Agile environment
Jira experience
