Respond promptly to activated or failed alarm systems by traveling to client sites to assess and resolve issues.
Monitor fire and security systems remotely to ensure continuous protection and operational integrity.
Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and minor repairs of alarm and monitoring equipment.
Communicate with clients to provide updates, support, and education on system functionality and safety protocols.
Coordinate with emergency services and internal teams during critical incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all monitored locations.
Document service visits, system performance, and incident reports accurately and timely.

3-5+ years of fire or security system monitoring & programming experience
DMP is the preferred system used by the client
Experience programming additional fire & security monitoring systems (ex. Honeywell Notifier, Johnson Controls Simplex ES, Microm Fire Panels, Bosch Security Systems, Siemens Cerberus PRO, etc.)
Prior field experience working hands-on with fire and security systems (installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, etc.)
