Salesforce Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling them to serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and solutioning across Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to align business needs with Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Salesforce roadmap, best practices, and the adoption of emerging features.
• Define and enforce standards, best practices, and reusable components to drive consistency, scalability, and performance across solutions.
• Oversee integration strategies, particularly with MuleSoft and other enterprise systems.
• Provide governance and direction on data modeling, security, and platform scalability.

• 8 Years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
• Experience leading the design and solution across Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, platform events, and platform triggers.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models including OWD, permission sets, and custom record sharing for large-scale implementations.
• Proven experience with SOQL optimization and designing solutions within Salesforce governor limits.
• Hands-on expertise with integrations with MuleSoft, data modeling, and working across large enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of mentoring teams and establishing architectural guardrails
• Certifications required: Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect
