Job Description

The client is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager with strong hospital revenue and data analysis experience to support financial operations and reporting. This role will not have any direct reports to start and needs to sit in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:
-Run month-end AR and revenue model reporting
-Book journal entries and reconcile the general ledger
-Analyze revenue fluctuations and investigate variances
-Assess reserves and forecast top-line revenue
-Identify errors, anomalies, and revenue leakage
-Ensure proper cash flow through patient accounts
-Document internal controls
-Drive process improvements across revenue workflows

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hospital or health-system revenue accounting experience
2–4 years of Big 4 or local CPA firm experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CPA
Workday experience
Epic experience (HB preferred, not required)
