Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Nashville, TN to join a scratch-kitchen environment. In this role, you will support the management team by assisting in the oversight of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the day. You will help maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness, contributing to a consistently excellent dining experience. A key part of your responsibilities includes supporting team members through training, development, and recognition initiatives, all while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with an employer-of-choice philosophy. Additionally, you will play an active role in promoting and delivering a 5-star guest experience, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Additionally, you will assist with driving culinary operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience with front-of-house and heart-of-house (kitchen/dishwashing)
- Scratch kitchen experience exposure to kitchen operations and a willingness to learn and work in the kitchen is essential
- Comfortable with or experienced in late-night operations (up to 4am ) Friday and Saturday
- Strong customer service and experience skills
