Job Description
A national healthcare copmany is seeking a Senior Software Program Manager to support the execution of a multiyear software project to build a new mobile application. This application is intended to simplify access across multiple systems and applications. In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate scrum ceremonies and PI planning, interface with internal stakeholders and external vendors, manager RAID logs, budgets, and resource planning, while driving risk mitigation strategies and vendor management. Regularly, you will lead status meetings, produce clear reporting for stakeholders, and establish operating rhythms that keep teams focused on quarterly outcomes.
This position is slated as a 12 month contract, with likelihood to extend. The hourly rate for the role is $80-95. It is fully remote, working EST. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are available on your 1st day, and a 401K program on your 91st day. If you're interested, please apply today!

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience within Project and Program Management
Direct project management of modern software programs/initiatives
Experience facilitating PI planning, sprints, and scrum ceremonies
Demonstrated multi work stream program management
Proven budget and resource management across internal teams and external partners
Experience with the following tools: Jira, Excel, Oracle, and ServiceNow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working for a healthcare provider/healthcare industry
