A client is looking for a senior project manager to join their team for a 4--6-month contract. This project manager will be handling anywhere from 10-20 enterprise projects at a given time and when coming onboard majority of the projects have already been started so you will be jumping into existing projects. Some of the projects will be related to Epic implementations so you must be comfortable leading those efforts but could also involve other projects on the Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Payroll, Legal, Growth/Dev, Clinical Ops, Rev Cycle Ops sides. In this role you will be a part of the Digital Innovation organization which is a growing organization for this client.
The expectation for this person daily/weekly is to be leading meetings and facilitating meetings with IT teams and business stakeholders. They will not have a project coordinator dedicated to them that they will be managing they are truly just managing projects!

5-7 years of experience as a PM leading multiple types of Enterprise Operational Projects (non-IT Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Payroll, Legal, Growth/Dev, Clinical Ops, Rev Cycle Ops) OR preferably Clinical Ops, Rev Cycle Ops, HR, and Finance
PMP certification - Holding this cert for at least 3 years
Healthcare experience
Waterfall or Hybrid - Cannot be purely Agile
Experience w/ OKRs and KPIs
All Microsoft tools (OneNote, PowerPoint, excel, teams)
Ability to handle 10-15 projects at a time
Bachelors degree
