Division Lead is responsible for defining and implementing a division standard menu, recipe, and item catalog in support of technology standardization for Food and Nutrition Services. This includes evaluating and gaining consensus across multiple facilities, menu development, nutrition analysis, technology programming, and collaboration with corporate FANS resources. During implementation, this resources acts as technology subject matter expert, educates Super Users and end users in the foodservice software applications. Other duties include preparing reports, improving contract compliance, monitoring GPO agreement compliance, communicating with the facility FANS and EVS staff on purchasing issues, sourcing products when primary items are unavailable, etc.
