A client of Insight Global is looking for a Regional Controller to lead their accounting team in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing all accounting functions, including AP/AR, month & year- end reporting, and preparing financial reports for upper leadership & cross functional operations. Responsibilities also include reconciling bank and credit card accounts, managing cash, purchasing, billing, and forecasting processes. The Field Accounting Manager will report directly to the Corporate Controller, have two direct reports, and work closely with operations, specifically supporting the Regional Vice President to ensure effective regional management.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related
- 5-8+ years of experience within general accounting - preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger
- Proficient with month and year-end close
