Project Manager - Data Analytics

A client of Insight Global in the retail and technology industry is seeking a Project Manager to support a data initiative in their logistics group. This team has recently launched a new case management tool and this person will be assisting with driving and creating a stronger work flow for this tool. Duties include but are not limited to:
○ Will be given SOP guidelines & will be responsible for reviewing the gaps and propose solutions relevant to data governance
○ Monthly audits to monitor compliance/adherence to communication to guidelines ( are the support team adhering to SLAs, resolving and responding with the right tone)
○ Conduct bi-annual audits of the resource documentation & help streamline the work flow leveraging Asana
○ Within salesforce; managing permissions, onboarding new case users as well as help build dashboards/reporting
○ Case Triaging - some cases are not auto triaged if the right subcategories are not selected. In a case where this happens and the case gets isolated, nobody is actioning that case & the right owners need to be found and this needs to be escalated appropriately
This role is a standard Monday - Friday 8-5. The ideal candidate will be located in Nashville to come onsite and collaborate with the leader, but can sit anywhere in the US preferable CST or EST.

○ 2-4 years experience with program Management experience - documentation, analysis,
○ Experience with data analysis in some capacity - excel, SQL, etc
○ Program Management tool experience - Asana, Jira, MS Projects
○ Strong communication verbally & written
Bachelors degree will be required for conversion
