Program Manager - Operations Readiness Testing

A client of Insight Globals in the technology & retail industry is currently hiring a Program Manager II for an 11 month contract to perform & lead site audits for Operations Readiness Testing in order to launch new locations. This person will be traveling to rural cities to do testing & validation at sites once construction and development is complete. This testing is to conduct pre-launch site audits to ensure the site is ready to hand off to operations. They will be responsible for leading the testing as well as assisting in the audit and will leverage operators familiar with the buildings to score the building; does the building fit the specs that were designed. This role will require strong communication & the ability to gain trust & create partnerships quickly as they will be working with different internal stakeholders each week. The role will be a standard 40 hour work week, with rare OT. The travel schedule will be roughly 80% - Monday to Thursday most weeks.

Bachelors degree
5+ years experience with program management
Strong organization & communication skills to track the project progress & communicate clearly to appropriate parties accordingly
Ability to support a Program Manager II but also work independently if needed
Technology proficient & able to navigate various tools to interpret data
Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with the site leaders
Driver license

Experience with Smartsheet
