A client of Insight Global in the technology industry is hiring a Program Manager II to assist with the launch of new locations in an effort to grow the business and increase access to the product for the customer base. This person will be responsible for owning the launch of new warehouse & distribution centers in rural locations and managing that process. The job requires working cross functionally across multiple teams to assist with the coordination of schedules & communication amongst leaders to complete the launches on schedule and on budget. This person will be the central point of contact for all vendors and parties involved in the site launches they are assigned to and must be able to effectively communicate with all parties and track project success. Additionally, we are looking for someone with data analysis and review experience who can help create SOPs and procedures to elevate and improve the launch process. This role will require 50-80% travel across the country, primarily via plane to rural locations - the typical travel schedule will be Monday - Thursday with a remote work day on Fridays.

4+ years experience with program/project management
Strong organization & communication skills to track the project progress & communicate clearly to appropriate parties accordingly
Experience with data analysis & review, preferably with tools such as smartsheets
Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with the site leaders
Driver license
Time management & prioritization skills
