Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Contract Pharmacist licensed in California to support a Nashville-based closed-door pharmacy operation. This role is critical for maintaining multi-state compliance and supporting medication dispensing tied to dialysis care and bundled treatment models.
The pharmacist will work onsite with a collaborative team, ensuring accurate verification, compliance, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy of medication dispensing
Support order fulfillment from EMR and refill requests
Oversee pharmacy operations alongside Pharmacy Manager and team
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians (3 techs onsite) to support workflow
Monitor medication processes tied to dialysis treatment protocols
Maintain quality standards within a closed-door, high-compliance environment

Required Skills & Experience
Active Pharmacist license in both California and Tennessee
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience in closed-door, mail order, or specialty pharmacy setting
Comfortable working 8-20/hr weeks
