Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with specialized expertise in forming and shoring solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by providing expert guidance, innovative solutions, and exceptional service to construction professionals. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strategic sales skills to build strong client relationships and deliver value-added solutions for concrete construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forming and shoring market, leveraging industry insights and technical expertise. Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders to grow market share.

Technical Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate forming and shoring systems. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases, ensuring optimal solutions tailored to client needs. Interpret construction blueprints and specifications to propose customized forming and shoring strategies.

Sales Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and bids to secure contracts. Negotiate terms and agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and improve client support.

Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction / forming and shoring industry.
In-depth knowledge of forming and shoring systems, including conventional and modular solutions.
Strong understanding of concrete construction processes and structural requirements.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
