Job Description
We are seeking a Computer Imaging Specialist to support a large-scale device deployment project involving approximately 200 computers. This individual will be responsible for imaging, configuring, and preparing desktops/laptops for end-user distribution, ensuring all devices are fully functional, secure, and aligned with company standards.
- Image and configure ~200 desktops/laptops using standardized tools and processes
- Install operating systems, drivers, and required software applications
- Configure BIOS settings, system preferences, and security protocols
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure all devices are properly imaged and functioning
- Troubleshoot hardware and imaging issues as needed
- Manage device inventory, asset tagging, and documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Support user setup, including account configuration, profile migration, and basic onboarding
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timelines and deployment goals are met
- Maintain a clean and organized staging/imaging environment

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience with computer imaging, hardware setup, and configuration
- Hands-on experience imaging devices (Dell, Lenovo, HP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (and/or Mac if applicable)
- Familiarity with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, Autopilot, or similar)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience with Office 365 tools and user setup processes
- Previous experience supporting PC refresh or large-scale rollout projects
