Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for technology adoption, considering both Brownfield (existing) and Greenfield (new) sites.

* Mechanical Design and Prototyping:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

o Develop innovative mechanical designs for tools, fixtures, and equipment that enhance efficiency and safety.

o Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications for prototypes.

* Packaging Optimization:

o Leverage your expertise to streamline packaging processes across more than 200 technologies in our buildings.

o Drive sustainability initiatives, moving away from plastic packaging.

* Supplier Collaboration:

o Work closely with suppliers to source materials, components, and off-the-shelf solutions.

o Request quotes, evaluate options, and negotiate terms.

o Certify supplier-provided equipment to meet quality and performance standards.

* Travel and Operations:

o Expect approximately 70% travel to client sites.

o Ensure continuous operations during improvement projects to prevent downtime.
