Job Description
A large hospital system is hiring a fully remote Manager of RCM focused on hospital billing and reimbursement assurance. Manages the Reimbursement Assurance and oversees the daily operations of a team of 5 reimbursement specialists. This includes, but is not limited to, underpayments, overpayments/credits, vendor management, ability to interpret Managed Care Contracts, & understanding of XR/expected reimbursement. They would need a good background in revenue cycle backend, including inventory and team management.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Manager of RCM experience either Provider or Payer (Ex: HCA, Parallon, Academic Hospitals, UHG, Atena, etc.)
• Strong HB (Hospital Billing and Reimbursement Assurance Process - Underpayments, Overpayments/Credits experience.
• Epic experience
• Vendor Management – ability to interpret Managed Care/Payer contracts and related modeling and/or analysis.
• Understanding of XR/expected reimbursement
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
