Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver technology projects that support our electronics manufacturing operations in the greater Nashville area. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional IT initiatives that enhance production efficiency, improve internal systems, and support our manufacturing technology roadmap. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing environments, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to project delivery.
• Leads end‑to‑end IT projects supporting manufacturing and operations, including planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Partners with engineering, production, and IT teams to implement and integrate manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, automation)
• Manage risk and compliance
• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and change management across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MES systems and IT process workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-tech production environments.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, and IoT integrations.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certification.
• Experience with data analytics, SQL, or system integration tools.
