Job Description
This role is critical in ensuring a complete orientation of a large healthcare companies' new vendor to ensure clinical and administrative teams receive reliable, responsive, and secure IT services—in a HealthCare system. They’ll support activities of vendor off-boarding and on-boarding for both field technicians and service desk operations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing both field and service desk teams.
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms and remote support tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
• Experience supporting EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Familiarity with medical device connectivity and clinical infrastructure.
• PMP or other project management certification.
