Job Description
A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is seeking a mid-to-senior level Scrum Master who can drive disciplined Agile delivery while holding teams accountable to commitments, quality standards, and delivery outcomes. This role requires a strong executor and facilitator who can not only enable teams but also ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment across the enterprise. The Scrum Master will work closely with teams and partner functions including PMO, Compliance, Data, Technology, and Operations to ensure successful and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both Sprint-based Agile execution and Kanban delivery models, with the ability to adapt governance, reporting, and delivery practices based on team and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
• Experience managing both Scrum/Sprint-based and Kanban delivery models
• Proven ability to drive accountability and delivery discipline within teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and delivery governance practices
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Leankit, or similar
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Sharepoint experience - experience building agile dashboards would be nice.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
• Exposure to Agile transformation or scaling Agile practices
