Our customer is hiring for an ER Patient Registration Specialist at a Level 1 Trauma Center. This role involves managing patient registration for a bustling emergency room that operates 24/7, handling 350-400 patients daily. Be prepared for a physically demanding job with lots of standing and walking, averaging over 10,000 steps a day. Youll encounter a wide range of situations, making every day unique and impactful.
Shift: 7pm-7am - 3 days, 12 hour shifts:
A week: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday
B week: Monday, Friday Saturday

Clinical or Hospital Experience working with patients or behind the scenes in an insurance or billing role
Strong customer service skills
Able to be on your feet all day
Comfortable with being around level 1 trauma cases
ER/ED Registration experience
