Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Estimator for a top electrical construction client supporting branch‑side commercial projects in the Nashville market. This role focuses on estimating healthcare, commercial, and light industrial electrical projects typically in the $10M+ range. The estimator will work primarily in‑office and collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and leadership. This position offers a clear growth path into Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Manager roles for candidates looking to build a long‑term career in electrical estimating and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years electrical construction estimating experience
• Experience estimating commercial projects ~$10M+
• Ability to develop estimates from take‑off through bid handoff
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Comfortable working primarily in‑office
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
