Job Description

An employer is looking to hire a Technical Support Coordinator to join their Digital Services Support Team. This individual will provide front line customer support by fielding and processing all incoming service requests and monitoring the activity of the Digital Services team. This position is part of an on-call rotation.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience providing technical support
Help Desk background
Experience working through a ticking system for IT issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft Systems experience
Ability to work PST hours
