Facilitates discussion and organizes methodical approach to data review, validation and entry. SME knowledge with relational database concepts and IT Service Management (ServiceNow). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication.

Required Skills & Experience
2 years of data analysis experience
Experience working with large data sets consisting of structured and unstructured data
Business analysis ability – Infer information from the data & drive decision making
Ability to be front facing to stakeholders and business executives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience working with with PowerBI and ServiceNow
