A security services company in the Nashville area is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join their team on a Contract to Hire Basis. This person will be fielding inbound calls related to invoices, rate increases, and minor technical issues regarding their alarm / security systems. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
