Job Description
This role provides dedicated culinary-aligned support for the enterprise MenuWorks build as the project transitions into its next phase. The position focuses exclusively on MenuWorks configuration, data management, and system integrity. The role does not perform HealthTouch duties and does not require an RD credential. The position functions as an extension of the Culinary team and operates under the direction of the Corporate Executive Chef. Responsibilities include:
• Build, configure, and maintain MenuWorks recipes, ingredients, attributes, production details, and associated data elements using established enterprise standards
• Translate culinary requirements into accurate, scalable system builds that support operational execution across hospitals
• Execute structured workflows for new items, 80/20 updates, Managed Order Guide integrations, and enterprise menu cycles
• Ensure all system entries follow established culinary standards, naming conventions, portion logic, and alignment with the enterprise recipe strategy
• Review data inputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; identify discrepancies and resolve issues in partnership with culinary leadership
• Collaborate with Corporate Executive Chef and Culinary team to incorporate culinary judgment into system decisions
• Support crosswalks between MenuWorks, HealthTouch, and managed order guide data sources (without performing HealthTouch build duties)
• Document workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of standardized processes
• Provide routine reporting on build progress, issues, and readiness for upcoming menu cycles

Required Skills & Experience
• Culinary background with demonstrated understanding of professional kitchen operations, recipe structure, and culinary decision-making
• Knowledge of menu engineering and system based menu design.
• Ability to manage multiple diets and menu cycles simultaneously.
• Strong technical aptitude with foodservice systems, preferably MenuWorks or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently within project timelines and meet enterprise-level accuracy expectations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in healthcare or large-scale institutional foodservice preferred
