Job Description

Responsibilities:
Own brand identity and strategy for 20+ clients at any given time
Manage a small team made up of Graphic Designers and Web Developers
Client facing for brand and web projects

People management experience - ability to manage a small team
Extreme proficiency with Figma
Stellar client facing skills
Graphic Design background
Strong operations experience
Website experience - ability to develop OR lead dev projects and manage developers
Healthcare experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working for digital health start-ups
Experience working for larger health systems or health plans
Experience using Monday for project management
