Job Description
A client is seeking a temporary legal professional to support the Office of General Counsel with a large backlog of Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and Engagement Terms review. This individual will assist with reviewing, categorizing, and tagging legal documents within Intapp Terms.
This role is focused on identifying key provisions, classifying terms appropriately, and supporting the intake of historical documents into the system. The individual will not be providing legal advice, negotiating terms, or working directly with clients. The need is expected to be six months.
Nashville, TN (Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday)

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years of law experience
- Experience reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and/or Engagement Terms
- Prior experience reviewing legal contracts, legal documents, or engagement letters
- Strong legal analysis and issue-spotting abilities
- Experience working in a law firm environment
- Ability to identify, categorize, and tag contractual provisions accurately
- Experience managing high-volume document review projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Nashville three days per week

- Intapp Terms experience
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 / Big Law firm
- Prior Compliance Attorney experience
- Prior Conflicts Attorney experience
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Legal Operations professional
- Experience building or supporting legal databases and contract repositories
