Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Real Estate Closing Paralegal with a passion for using AI. In this role, the Paralegal will be responsible for actively using Copilot, ChatGPT, Harvey, Claude, or similar AI tools to improve real estate closing workflows, document review, contract processes, research, reporting, and/or transaction support. This position can be based out of Nashville or Philadelphia.

3+ years of Real estate closing experience
Law firm experience
Professional use of AI tools to improve workflows (Copilot, ChatGPT, Harvey, Claude, or similar)
Ability to clearly articulate practical AI use cases.
Extremely polished and professional presentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree
Paralegal certification
Harvey AI experience
