Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Client Executive/Producer to sit remotely in the Nashville, TN area for a direct hire opportunity. This person is responsible for the solicitation and sale of new business and the development of additional revenue from existing clients. This role drives organic growth by proactively identifying opportunities, building and deepening relationships, and presenting tailored risk management and insurance solutions. The Client Executive also oversees the servicing and retention of assigned accounts by collaborating closely with Account Managers and the broader service team, ensuring client needs are met through regular communication and ongoing advisory support.
Work Performed
• Meet activity and sales goals jointly established with management and regularly report progress toward those goals
• Proactively identify and qualify new leads and gather necessary information for future fact-finding appointments
• Develop, present and sell new business proposals to prospects, customizing solutions to meet each client’s needs
• Comply with agency account quality and size standards to ensure targeted, profitable growth
• Establish appropriate payment arrangements for each customer in alignment with agency guidelines
• Perform periodic service and goodwill calls on accounts and coordinate customer service requests with the assigned Account Manager and/or service team
• Provide ongoing professional advice, guidance and recommendations to improve clients’ risk management and insurance programs
• Actively pursue the cross-sale of additional coverages and policies to existing customers
• Collaborate with life, health, benefits and personal lines producers by sharing leads and facilities joint sales calls where appropriate

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in producer or client executive role
3+ years of insurance experience
P&C license
Must be in Nashville and have a background of local market experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively generate new business and effectively service and retain existing accounts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance agency sales preferred
• Professional designations (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM) are highly desirable
