Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Therapist to support our client in Smyrna or Nashville, TN.



You'll be one of the first to welcome children when they arrive at the program, helping them feel safe and assessing their needs. You'll join a team that takes action, providing exceptional care and helping children reunite with their family.



As a therapist, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:



* Conducting initial assessments

* Developing and implementing therapeutic plans

* Holding weekly individual and group therapy sessions

* Coordinating reunification plans

* Facilitating transfers

* Attending trainings, meetings, and supervision sessions

* Preparing reports and required documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

* This position requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field of study from an accredited college.

* Must be license eligible.

* Bilingual English and Spanish required.

* Prior experience working with children and families from diverse cultures with sensitivity to cultural differences and norms, strongly preferred.

* Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

* Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of the client. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;

* Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.

Documentation of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases or the willingness to receive vaccination, or seeking an exemption;
