Job Description
Our client is looking for Architect Project Managers local to Nashville, TN. It is crucial this person has strong healthcare experience and is willing to go onsite 5 days a week. The responsibilities include:
-Confirm existing conditions on projects
-Assist in development of program for space needs with users
-Develop redesign options/schematic designs on some projects to assist client in determining program options
-Maintain written documentation of key decisions related to project scope, budget, and schedule
-Maintain meeting minutes
-Administer and coordinate owner output with architects and engineers during design and construction administration

3+ years of Architecture or Healthcare Construction Project Management experience
Industry Experience: Healthcare, Commercial or Higher Education
Autocad or Bluebeam experience
Experiencing managing multiple projects at once
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
PMP
