Job Description

Location: Onsite | Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Employment

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager to support daily operations within a collaborative architecture and design environment. This individual will play a critical role in creating a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace that reflects the high standards and attention to detail the firm brings to its projects and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, service-oriented, and takes pride in ensuring the office runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for office operations and creating an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations, ensuring a polished and professional environment.

Manage office and kitchen inventory, coordinate supply orders, and maintain organized common areas and conference rooms.

Coordinate facility-related needs, including building maintenance requests, parking, vendor management, and office services.

Oversee office equipment, including printers, shredders, and large-format printing resources.

Support company leadership with administrative tasks such as license renewals and special projects.

Prepare conference rooms and common spaces for meetings, client visits, and events.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues while providing exceptional support across the office.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, hospitality, executive support, or a related field.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, and office operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required.

Experience supporting a professional services, architecture, engineering, or design environment is preferred.
