Job Description

One of our top clients is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support daily operations at a consumer goods manufacturing site in Morristown, TN. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and housekeeping activities using CMMS systems, while working closely with the Director of Facilities Operations as a key second-in-command. You will manage work orders, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, with a heavy focus on computer-based coordination, reporting, and vendor management. This is a day-shift role (approximately 6/7 AM – 4:30 PM)

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, coordination, or integrated facilities management
- Ability to work directly with leadership and step in as backup for the Director when needed
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, preferably Keystone
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance)
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work orders and maintenance schedules
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Strong administrative skills, including reporting, timecard review, invoicing, and inventory support
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with housekeeping or soft services coordination
- Experience leading planning or coordination meetings with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience supporting consumer goods production facilities
- Exposure to inventory management and materials ordering systems
- Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and maintenance processes
