Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator supports Insight Global’s client by managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring projects run on schedule by providing timely and accurate access to tools and materials for technicians and project teams.

Responsibilities include receiving and verifying shipments, staging materials for jobs, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating outbound shipments and returns, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. The Warehouse Coordinator works closely with project managers, field teams, and procurement to support installation and service operations.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination role
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (inventory tracking, logs, basic reporting)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Experience receiving, shipping, and staging materials
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting construction, integration, or field service teams
Project coordination experience (supporting schedules, material readiness, or job tracking)
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Familiarity with low‑voltage, security, or AV equipment
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
