Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Computer Operator to join a large OEM client. About 60% of the responsibilities for an operator will be coming into the computer room, setting up the tags, making sure the printers are working and doing extract work. The other 40% is traditional IT work such as break fixes, and basic laptop/printer support. Day to day tasks include:
Monitor - file downloads (SEIMA), for order Extracts or Order Draws, Extracts on WMS.
Execute Pick Tag Breakdown - (manually folding tags), by sortation of Assignments and Routes & distribute Pick Tags at mutually agreed area. Print & deliver TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, Wave reports. (additional reports as needed or as requested.)
Execute Pick Tag re-prints - At the request of the customer pick tags may need to be re-printed. (Whole tag files, by assignment, by sequence, whole extract).
Material Returns - printing, breaking down dealers and supervisor's tags, processing envelopes, file and prepping tote for delivery.
Stock - Inventory, replenishing daily supplies (including, but not limited to: MR tags, PC302 forms, tag printer ribbons, OVN tags, pick tags, green bar paper, toners for various printers, copy paper.)
Cover WMS launch activities.
Compensation:
$20 hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
