Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an enterprise leader to drive global clearance and trade transformation across international shipping operations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, digital product, and executive leadership — shaping direction, leading execution, and clearly communicating progress to senior stakeholders.
This is a high‑visibility role with significant influence but with little direct authority. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, spots problems early, and enjoys building programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise initiatives focused on global clearance, customs, and trade operations
- Drive transformation of highly regulated, global business processes
- Analyze clearance data, costs, and performance trends; turn insights into executive‑ready narratives
- Build and present materials to SVPs and C‑suite leaders, including risks and recommendations
- Partner cross‑functionally across operations, digital, analytics, and third‑party providers
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Influence stakeholders and guide decision‑making
