One of our technology clients is seeking a Sr. Shipping/Receiving Process Coordinator (Data Center) to join their operations. This person will be responsible but not limited to -
Implementing processes to oversee, coordinate, organize and manage all inventory being shipped to the client site and receival of equipment.
Working with different vendors to scope out areas for cost management, quality, manage relationships and SLAs.
Lead the team and ensure operations are running smoothly
Drive best lean practices in logistic operations, including material handling transportation, and reverse logistics.
Implement streamlined processes and solutions to problems
Project coordination, data analysis, data forecasting, logistics performance

3+ years in logistics, shipping and receiving, supply chain, technology asset management field or operations management
Experience in a data center environment or similar
Experience creating, submitting and managing POs
Sr. or lead level experience
Associates degree or higher
Knowledge of RMA processes (return merchandise authorization)
Previous experience creating inventory control processes
Experience with cloud technologies or infrastructure services.
Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud operations.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
