Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, program, and project support to a new and growing department at our client, serving as a central point of coordination across multiple programs and initiatives. This role supports department leadership, program managers, and project teams through calendar and meeting coordination, documentation and reporting, communication management, and day to day administrative operations. The Administrative Coordinator takes detailed meeting notes, tracks action items, supports project and program management activities, and proactively identifies needs to keep work moving forward. The role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple programs, with a strong preference for candidates who bring prior client experience and familiarity with systems such as Workday.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordinator, or program support role.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills with the ability to support many programs simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional note taking and follow up.
• Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a complex environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Administrative excellence and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative driven and solution oriented mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous (client) experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting research, data, analytics, or technical teams.
• Workday experience (requisitions, invoicing, tracking, reporting).
