Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services to geriatric patients in their homes. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while promoting independence and quality of life. The position requires local travel to patient homes and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

Schedule flexibility
Availability to work weekends and holidays occasionally

Required Skills & Experience

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with current license/registration in state(s) of practice.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare field. Home care experience preferred.
