We are looking for a skilled and passionate Ruby on Rails Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in a production environment
Proven understanding of object-oriented programming
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of RSpec, Capybara, or similar testing frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
